Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. This page explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work at VELOURIC. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
Changing your mind
You have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us. To start a return, email us at info@velouric.com or use our contact page with your order number and the items you want to return, and we will send you the return instructions.
Condition of returned items
Items should be unused, unworn (apart from trying on), unwashed and in their original packaging with any tags attached. Underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery, beauty products and hygiene-sealed items can only be returned if the seal or hygiene packaging is unbroken. Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return postage
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning it, unless we tell you otherwise. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will cover the return cost.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please tell us as soon as possible at info@velouric.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund the price of the items to your original payment method within 14 days. Original standard delivery charges are refunded if you cancel the whole order. We may withhold a refund until we have received the goods or you provide proof that you have sent them back.
Cancelling before dispatch
If you want to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop it.
