Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 7 to 15 days of being placed. Our items are sourced and dispatched from partner suppliers, so some orders can take a little longer during busy periods such as sales and holidays. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us and we will look into it straight away.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by email straight after you order. When your parcel ships we will send you a tracking link. Tracking can take a day or two to show movement after dispatch.

Shipping costs

Any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees added after you place your order.

Multiple items

If you order several items, they may be sent in separate parcels and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived by the end of the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please email info@velouric.com or use our contact page with your order number and we will help.
