Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of velouric.com and to any order you place with VELOURIC ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Contact: info@velouric.com.
1. Orders and contract
Our website is an invitation to order. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud, and will refund you in full if we do.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout by the payment methods shown. We never see or store your full card details.
3. Delivery
Delivery estimates and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated dates are not guaranteed.
4. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your statutory rights, including the 14 day right to cancel, are explained in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Product information
We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may vary slightly by screen. Sizes may vary by manufacturer, so please check the size information on each product page.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to VELOURIC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
7. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the price of the goods you ordered.
8. Privacy
How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
10. Governing law
